Logistics real estate giant Logicor has acquired a 951,000 square foot logistics warehouse on a 38.5 acre site in Daventry.
The 951,000 square foot property, purchased from a joint venture managed and co-owned by Oxenwood Real Estate, has good access to the M1 motorway.
The building is leased to XPO Logistics which uses the warehouse to provide nationwide distribution services to a leading global e-commerce company.
