E-commerce parcel carrier LaserShip moves to larger warehouse in Chantilly – Commercial Observer

LaserShipan e-commerce parcel carrier, signed a full construction lease of 105,000 square feet to Stonecroft Industrial Centera warehouse in Chantilly, Va.

The rent has not been communicated.

LaserShip intends to move from its current distribution center in Chantilly to 3931 Aircraft Park Courtyard to the larger space this fall, with around 100 employees expected to work at the facility.

“LaserShip has invested in its infrastructure to help e-commerce retailers reach their customers with faster, more reliable delivery at a lower cost,” Josh Dinneen, chief commercial officer of LaserShip, said in a prepared statement. “We are thrilled to move our distribution center to this exceptional facility and look forward to welcoming more employees to our team.”

Located at 14850 Thompson Roadthe industrial center of Stonecroft is adjacent to US Route 50 and Virginia Route 28, and only eight miles from Dulles International Airport.

Matan companies owns the building, which features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 37 dock doors, four entry gates, a 115-foot truck lot and 120 parking spaces.
